Hey there, I’m Madison Taylore, the founder of TayloredGrace.org. Before we go any further, there’s something really important I need you to know: I’m a survivor too. And I’m here to walk this journey with you.

I get what it feels like to be weighed down by trauma. The isolation, the confusion, the pain that seems to linger long after the events are over. I’ve experienced a lot of different kinds of abuse and control, and I know how heavy it can feel. Healing from those experiences is hard. Sometimes it feels overwhelming. But here’s what I’ve learned: it’s completely possible. And having support along the way is key.

Let me tell you about why the name “Taylored Grace” means so much to me.

First, “Taylored” — yes, it’s a play on my name, but it’s also a reminder that healing is personal. Just like a tailor customizes a piece of clothing to fit the person, I believe your healing journey should fit you. It’s not one-size-fits-all. This space is meant to help you discover what works best for you, at your own pace. No judgment. No rush.

Then there’s “Grace.” For me, it’s more than just a word — it’s the very thing that helped me through the darkest chapters of my life. Grace, for me, is a gift I’ve found through Jesus. It’s that love that doesn’t make sense, that carries you when you can’t carry yourself. It’s the thing that allowed me to forgive, heal, and rebuild my life. Without it, I wouldn’t be here.

Taylored Grace, to me, is the intertwining of healing and grace. It’s my personal journey, and I want to share it with you because I believe our stories — though different — are connected by this thread of grace.

If you’re here, chances are you’re in your own process of healing. Whether this is your first step or you’ve been on this road for a while, I want you to know that you don’t have to go it alone. I created Taylored Grace because I know how it feels to struggle with something that most people just don’t get. It’s a place for survivors of abuse, high-control groups, and anyone who’s been through trauma to find community, support, and understanding.

I know what it’s like to feel like you’re carrying a weight that no one else can see. But I want to remind you of this: You are seen. You are heard. And you are not alone.

In the coming weeks and months, I’ll be sharing my own story, resources that helped me heal, and stories from others who’ve walked similar paths. Together, we’ll explore what healing looks like on our terms. And we’ll take it one step at a time, holding onto the grace that helps us move forward.

Thank you for being here. No matter how difficult the road may seem, I truly believe that it’s worth walking — and I’ll be walking it right alongside you.

With love and strength,
Madison Taylore
